Rugby star Johnny Sexton in Limerick for ‘rare’ event ahead of Munster v All Blacks clash

RUGBY star Johnny Sexton will be in Limerick for a “rare” event this Autumn.

On the weekend Munster welcome the All Blacks back to Thomond Park, Johnny Sexton will be in live conversation to talk about his career and his many Munster connections.

‘Johnny Sexton | A Munster Invitation’ will explore and celebrate his singular career, and his many Munster connections in the company of friends and family from across the province.

Sexton will release his second book, the autobiography Obsessed, in October.

In his autobiography, Sexton offers a glimpse at his childhood, as well as early rugby experiences and his relationship with his teammates.

The former Irish captain and World Player of the Year will be in conversation with Irish Times journalist Denis Walsh.

The event is presented by I.NY, in partnership with Catapult, and in association with Limerick’s International Rugby Experience.

Johnny Sexton will be in conversation at the Lime Tree Theatre on Friday, November 1.

Limited tickets are available, here.

Copies of Johnny’s autobiography, Obsessed, will be available for purchase on the night.
