My Week with Celia Holman Lee: Style lessons from on-trend Limerick students

WE HAD a blast at the annual Laurel Hill Secondary School and Laurel Hill Coláiste FCJ fashion show with the wonderful students who modelled alongside our own Holman Lee Agency models. They all put on a show full of elegance and style, with glamour giving at every moment!

Credit to all of the Laurel Hill ladies who hosted their first show since 2019, and who I hope to be seeing soon when they join Limerick’s longest-running modelling agency, the Holman Lee Agency, so they can continue to strut their stuff. Well done all!

The fashion show had a magnificent turnout, with over 600 guests attending the show. There was stunning attire featured from Limerick's top fashion houses, including Sinead’s Boutique in Annacotty, whose colourful floral dress I sported on the night.

Other shops which featured included Pamela Scott, Be Fabulous, Dani’s Closet and sportswear from So Hockey as well as Aisling Maher, Catherine McCormack, Lady Penelope, Isobel Boutique, Marc Cain, Zip Yard and Sapphire Millinery.

The Laurel Hill Fashion Show has been running for more than 40 years and I do hope to see you all at next year's event too!

I had another busy weekend as I got the pleasure of meeting Vogue Williams and her mother, Sandra Wilson, in Limerick city’s top-class department store; and one of my personal favourites; Brown Thomas, where Vogue hosted a fashionable event.

For those of you who might not be familiar with Vogue, she is a top-class model, entrepreneur and co-host of the popular podcast ‘My Therapist Ghosted Me’, and is wife of British TV personality, Spencer Williams, who is best known for featuring in ‘Made in Chelsea’.

The mother and daughter duo held a spring styling workshop in Brown Thomas’ café ‘Browns’ in the store, showcasing the latest spring and summer collections. Brands such as Hayley Menzies, Boss, Chloe, Rotate and many more were modelled by my wonderful models at the Holman Lee modelling agency.

The turnout here, too, was spectacular, and all clothes that featured in the show are available in store.
