Windy on Thursday with bright spells and widespread showers. Showers most frequent in the west with hail and thunder. Some wintry falls on mountains. Maximum temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in strong and gusty southwest winds.
Clear spells and showers on Thursday night, again with potential for some hail or sleet on the hills. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 4 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds. Some frost or ice is possible.
A cold day on Friday with sunny spells and showers, some of the showers will be wintry, mainly over high ground. Maximum temperatures generally ranging from 4 to 7 degrees in a moderate southwest breeze.
Very cold on Friday night with clear spells and isolated showers, some wintry. Frost and ice is likely. Lowest temperatures of -2 to +3 degrees.
A cold and frosty start on Saturday morning with isolated showers of rain or hail. It will then be a mostly dry day with spells of sunshine.
Highest temperatures of 4 to 8 degrees. Cold and frosty at first on Saturday night but rain is expected to spread from the Atlantic overnight.
