Treaty United host Shelbourne at Markets Field in Women's Premier Division

TREATY United return to action in the Women's Premier Division on Saturday when hosting Shelbourne at the Markets Field, 3pm.

Treaty suffered a 3-1 defeat to champions Athlone Town at Athlone Town Stadium in their most recent Women's Premier Division fixture.

Treaty had led their hosts 1-0 at half-time, thanks to a first half goal from Maddie Robbins just before half-time.

The result sees Sean Russell's Treaty United side sit in fourth place in the Women's Premier Division table, four points behind leaders Athlone Town.

Treaty have won four of their opening six league fixtures. Saturday's opponents Shels’ sit in second place in the league table, with five wins from six games.

Treaty United began their All-Island Cup campaign with a hard fought 0-0 draw with newcomers Waterford FC at the Markets Field on Saturday afternoon last.
