Bottom side Truro ended a nine-game winless run in the National League with an emphatic 3-0 victory at Sutton.
Will Dean set the visitors, who had taken only one point from the previous 27, on their way with a fine free-kick into the top corner in the 35th minute.
Jack Stretton fired against a post from a tight angle as Truro looked to add to their lead.
They did so four minutes into the second half, Luke Jephcott setting up Stretton to convert from inside the six-yard box.
Connor Riley-Lowe had a shot cleared off the line as dominant Truro threatened a third and it arrived in the 84th minute as Jephcott’s penalty following a handball rounded off a convincing win.
