Substitute Elliott Nevitt scored a dramatic 86th-minute equaliser as Gillingham battled back to rescue a late 3-3 draw at Shrewsbury.
The promotion-chasing Gills put in a much-improved second half after they had trailed 3-1 at the break.
Robbie McKenzie gave the visitors hope after slotting home a penalty midway through the half and Nevitt completed a brilliant comeback just four minutes after coming on.
George Lloyd put Town in front after slotting home following a goalmouth scramble after 11 minutes.
Luca Hoole doubled the lead after beating two men before smashing home in the 22nd minute.
Gillingham pulled one back when Sam Stubbs turned Gareth McCleary’s cross into his own net against the run of play.
But Lloyd re-established Town’s two-goal cushion with a cool finish after Anthony Scully played him in in first-half stoppage time.
McKenzie set up a tense finish when he kept his cool from the spot in the 66th minute after Stubbs fouled Andrews.
Josh Ruffels fired over from the edge of the box two minutes later.
And Gills levelled with four minutes left when Nevitt headed home McCleary’s cross.
