Rochdale sit top of the National League after they made it four wins in a row with a 1-0 victory at struggling Truro.
Kyron Gordon grabbed the winner with his first goal of the season after 12 minutes. The defender was on hand to convert from close range after clashing with Truro goalkeeper Aidan Stone from a corner.
Ethan Ebanks-Landell came close to doubling Rochdale’s lead after 22 minutes but the hosts managed to scramble the ball away before Emmanuel Dieseruvwe was denied by Stone.
Truro struggled to threaten the leaders and slipped to their seventh defeat from the opening nine matches of the season.
