Ebbsfleet’s miserable season continued as they fell to a 1-0 National League defeat by Eastleigh at Stonebridge Road.
Scott Quigley fired the game’s only goal in the 61st minute when he capitalised on a mistake by home keeper Mark Cousins to find the back of the net.
Josh Wright had the chance to level the score four minutes later but his attempt was narrowly wide.
Ebbsfleet are anchored to the foot of the table having managed just one win in 19 games, leaving them 11 points adrift of safety.
