TREATY United player Katie Lawlee has been named in the women's U17 Irish squad ahead of their fixtures against Korea and Portugal at the end of January.
Katie has been on the International soccer scene for a number of years now featuring on the U16 panel as well before signing for the senior Treaty United women's squad in 2022.
Previous to this signing she grew up playing her club football with Ballingarry AFC while featuring on various Irish squads throughout her career.
The Irish U17 women's squad will play two International friendlies against Korea Republic on Friday, January 19 before facing Portugal on January 24 as part of a eight-day training camp just outside Lisbon.
This camp, and the two games, come a month before the squad travel to Albania to take on the host nation as well as Israel in two crucial EURO qualifiers.
Congratulations to Treaty United's Katie Lawlee, who has been named in the Women's Under 17s Irish squad
