IN-FORM Treaty United United will look to make it five wins in a row in the SSE Airtricity League First Division this Friday night when runaway leaders Galway United visit the Markets Field, 7.45pm.

Tommy Barrett's Treaty United side made it four wins on the spin in the league when easing past Longford Town 3-0 at Bishopsgate on Saturday evening.

A brace of goals from in-form striker Enda Curran and another goal from substitute Stephen Christopher gave Treaty United an impressive victory.

The convincing win has seen Tommy Barrett's side move level on points with fifth-placed Athlone Town in the SSE Airtricity League First Division table. Fifth-placed at the end of the regular season secures a promotion play-off spot.

The game produced three red cards with 'Town keeper Jack Brady dismissed on sixty-two minutes, while Treaty player Ben O’Riordan was sent-off along with Town coach Gavin Piers, deep into stoppage time.

Friday night's visitors to the Markets Field, Galway United, have won 13 of their 14 league fixtures this season. John Caulfield's side are 10 points clear of second-placed Waterford.

Treaty suffered a 1-0 defeat to Galway United in their earlier First Division league meeting at Eamonn Deacy Park in February.
