Rob Harker’s late equaliser saw Halifax rescue a 1-1 draw at home to Eastleigh.
Harker found the net in the sixth of eight minutes added on to earn a point after Kairo Mitchell had put the visitors in front in the first half.
Halifax goalkeeper Sam Johnson made a double save midway through the first half, first keeping out a fine shot from Ryan Hill and then also blocking Danny Whitehall’s follow-up.
But he could do nothing moments later when Mitchell got away from his marker to put Eastleigh in front.
Mitchell saw a shot deflected on to the crossbar early in the second half before Eastleigh then relied on goalkeeper Joe McDonnell, who saved well from Millenic Alli and Harker, only for the latter to find a leveller at the death.
