A TALENTED Limerick midfielder has been called up to the Ireland Women's squad for their upcoming 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup Qualifiers against Poland.
Ireland face Poland away on Tuesday, April 14 in their third group stage match in Group B before welcoming the Poles back to Dublin on Saturday.
Limerick woman Clancy, who has played Ladies Gaelic football with Galtee Gaels, is currently playing with Women's Premier Division side, Shelbourne and has impressed for the Dublin side in their SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division fixtures.
Clancy was called up to the Irish squad in 2025.
Clancy, who played with Limerick FC in the past as well as Wexford Youths, has also represented Ireland at under-age level.
