SHANNON allayed their relegation fears with a crucial 14-13 win over Dublin University at Thomond Park in Division 1A of the All-Ireland League on Saturday.
Harry Long's try and another courtesy of a penalty saw Shannon earn a one-point winning margin against bottom placed Trinity.
The win moves Shannon from second bottom to seventh in the table ahead of their clash with top of the table Clontarf this weekend at Castle Avenue.
Photographer Kieran Ryan-Benson was at Thomond Park's back pitch to capture all the colour and action for the Limerick Leader / Limerick Live.
