Former Munster Rugby player Dan Goggin will make his debut for French side US Montauban on Saturday.
FORMER Munster Rugby players Dan Goggin and Frank Bradshaw-Ryan are set to make their debuts for French side US Montauban on Saturday in the ProD2 as they take on Valence Romans.
The Limerick natives signed for the French outfit in June following their respective exits from Munster (Goggin) and Ulster (Bradshaw-Ryan).
Goggin, a former St Munchin's College student, had limited playing time with his former club this season before moving to France.
Despite not featuring for the province as much as he would have liked he did compete quite regularly for Young Munster in Division 1A of the Energia All-Ireland League.
Bradshaw-Ryan left the Munster sub-academy back in 2016 to move to France to play for Nevers where he made over 100 appearances for the D2 side.
He signed for Ulster on a two-year contract ahead of the 22-23 season but only made one appearance for the northern province.
Both players are in the starting lineup for Saturday's clash with Bradshaw-Ryan in the second row, while Goggin will lineup at inside centre.
