LIMERICK sides St Munchin's College and Árdscoil Ris have joined Castletroy College in the semi-finals of this season's Munster Schools Junior Cup.
St Munchin's secured their place in the last four thanks to an exciting 20-10 victory over local rivals Crescent College Comprehensive at Thomond Park this Thursday.
The Corbally side's reward for this success is a semi-final meeting with PBC, of Cork, at Thomond Park on Wednesday next, March 1 at 3.30pm.
Meanwhile, Ardscoil Ris advanced to the semi-finals after scoring a 17-12 success over Rockwell College at Musgrave Park on Thursday afternoon.
Ardscoil Ris will now face local rivals Castletroy College in the semi-finals also on Wednesday next, March 1, at 1pm, in the day's first game at Thomond Park.
