Deaths in Limerick - April 19, 2018

The death has occurred (peacefully) of Michael (Mongey) O'Keeffe of Kildromin, Kilteely, Co. Limerick.

Funeral arrangements later from Davern Undertakers, Hospital.

 

The death has occurred (peacefully at UHL) of Seamus McGrath of Ballinlyna, Kilfinane, County Limerick.

Pre-deceased by his brother Pat. He will be sadly missed by Janet, Lisa, Theresa, Alan and Lilly, sisters Mary and Biddy, brothers Eddie and Denis, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at John McCarthy and Sons Funeral Home, Kilfinane on Friday (April 20) between 6pm and 8pm.

Removal on Saturday to arrive at St. Andrews Church, Kilfinane for funeral mass at 3:30pm. Burial afterwards in local cemetery.

 

The death has occurred (peacefully at Milford Hospice) of Laura Burke, St Jude's Park, St Patrick's Road, Limerick City. Late of Adoption Agency HSE.

Beloved eldest daughter of Tommie and Finola and much loved sister of Sarah and Tom. Deeply regretted by her grandmother Nancy, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Sunday (April 22) from 5.30pm. Removal at 7pm to St. Brigid’s Church, St. Patrick’s Road.

Requiem Mass on Monday (April 23rd) at 11am. Burial afterwards in Mount St. Lawrence Cemetery. Family flowers only – donations, if desired, to Milford Hospice.

 

The death has occurred (peacefully) of Ciss (Sarah) Buckley (née Ryan), of Kyle, Tipperary and formerly of Gurtnegeara, Doon.

Wife of the late Pat, she is sadly missed by her loving daughters Bernadette, Maria and Bridget, sons Michael, John and Patrick, daughters-in-law, sister-in-law Julia, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her residence on Friday evening from 5pm-8pm. Arriving in St. Nicholas’ Church, Solohead, Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30am and burial afterwards in Doon cemetery.
