A LIMERICK man has shared his thoughts on a four-bedroom, semi-detached house on sale for €995,000.

The house, located in Clontarf, Dublin, has gone on the market for just under €1m, which the Limerick man described online as an 'absolute f***ing scandal'.

The social media user shared his reaction in a video on TikTok where he said: "I know f*ck all about the housing market, I know nothing about it.

"But a three-bed, one-bath semi-detached house.. I don't care where it is, what your eircode is, what street you're living on or how close it is to the sea.. a million euro for a house.

"The bath would want to be a 25 metre swimming pool out the back, no mind your bath! That's an absolute scandal," he raved.

143 Seafield Road East, Clontarf is up for sale on Daft.ie and boasts an old-fashioned interior. It was built in the 1930's and while it is described by the agent as 'rare' and 'magnificent', it was branded 'not worth' the expensive price tag by the Limerick man.

The property is listed as being a four-bed house but the Limerick man must have mistaken it for three. It is 115m² and is described as being located on "one of Clontarf's finest and most sought-after roads".

However, the Limerick native criticised the location, saying: "For a million euro, you're still in Dublin? F*ck that!"
