GREENMOUNT Cycling Academy hosted the third of three Sundays of Cyclocross at the 2025 Munster Cyclocross Championships earlier this month at Limerick Racecourse.

Cyclocross is held offroad on a mix of grass, gravel, tarmac and sand on a three kilometre lap where races are held for U6 all the way up to over 60s on all three days.

Greenmount Cycling Academy won numerous Munster medals across the championships with Ciaran O'Sullivan from Greenmount winning the overall Munster Cyclocross League.

Greenmount's Joe Donworth also won the M40 League and Nuadha Walsh won the U14 League. 

The winners list from this year's championships is as follows: 

U6 Girl Suin Cahill - 1st place
U8 Boy Daniel Storan - 1st place
U11 Boy Jack O'Brien - 3rd place
U13 Boys Nuadha Walsh - 1st place 
U13 Boys Cathal O'Sullivan - 3rd place
U14 Boys Diarmuid O'Sullivan - 2nd place 
U13/14 Team Prize - 1st place 
U15 Boys Aodhan Shepherd - 2nd place 
B Race Sean Conroy - 2nd place 
B Race Shane Woulfe - 3rd place 
Women Mary O'Donnell - 1st place 
M40 Joe Donworth - 1st place 
M40 Keith Walsh - 3rd place 
M50 Vinnie Gleeson - 3rd place
A Race Ciaran O'Sullivan - 2nd place 
Junior Patrick Thynne - 3rd place
