A man has died following a house fire in Londonderry.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) said the incident occurred at a terraced house on Grafton Street, Rosemount, in the city on Friday.
An NIFRS spokesperson said: “Firefighters were called to reports of a fire in a terraced house at 11.14am.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with the loved ones of a man who died following an incident at a terraced house on Grafton Street, Rosemount, Derry/Londonderry.

“Two appliances from Northland Fire Station and one appliance from Crescent Link Fire Station attended the incident.
“The fire was extinguished prior to NIFRS arrival.
“Firefighters ventilated the property and assisted Northern Ireland Ambulance Service with first aid on one casualty.
“Tragically, the man, aged in his 60s, died at the scene.”
The spokesperson said the caused of the fire is believed to be accidental.
