Built in circa. 1906, the property has undergone further embellishments and offers up a superb example of a classic detached Edwardian red brick residence.

With timeless finishes and incredible design features, the home also enjoys extensive gardens, including a mini orchard.

The property extends to approximately 471 sq. m. (5,070 sq. ft), with the overall site extending to approximately 0.284 ha (0.7 acres).

19 Shrewsbury Road features a spacious living room, secluded dining room, mini-bar, timeless kitchen, a second separate dining room with access to the stunning gardens through French doors, a lounge, and office space.

The treelined avenue, connecting Ailesbury Road to the Merrion Road, is just a short walk from Dublin City Centre. The houses of Shrewsbury Road are predominantly of the Edwardian/Victorian era and are generally of substantial proportions with large gardens, located at the front and rear. It has often been nicknamed as Dublin's very own millionaires row.
