A man and a woman aged in their 80s have been found dead in a Cork home.
Gardai attended a scene at a residence in Glounthaune on Monday evening.
The bodies of the man and woman were found at the residence.
The scene has been preserved pending a technical examination.
No further information is available at this time, gardai said.
