A man in his 30s was found dead outside a garda station in Dublin city centre early this morning.
Gardaí confirmed the man was discovered unresponsive during routine welfare checks outside Store Street Garda Station and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Foul play is not suspected at this time, according to gardaí, and his body was removed to the mortuary where a post-mortem will take place.
In a statement, a garda spokesperson said: "While conducting welfare checks this morning, 18th May 2025, Gardaí discovered an unresponsive man in his 30s outside Store Street Garda Station, Dublin 1.
"He was pronounced deceased at the scene. At present, foul play is not suspected.
"His body has been removed to the mortuary and the Coroner has been notified. A post-mortem examination will be arranged."
