On Monday, February 24, Gardaí from the Mayo Roads Policing Unit made a shocking discovery after stopping a vehicle in Castlerea, Roscommon

The driver of the car, a male, was initially pulled over by the gardaí for use of a mobile phone while operating the vehicle.
