Gardaí stopped this driver as two children were spotted wearing no seat belts and one was standing up.
Sharing a post to X, a spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: "As Gardaí from Galway's Roads Policing Unit were passing by this car a short time ago, they noticed a child standing-up in between the front seats waving at them.

"The driver has just received three fines of €120 that must be paid within 28 days and three penalty points will be added on their licence."
