A snap-happy van driver was caught photographing a crash on the M50 by gardaí on Wednesday evening.
The Ford Transit driver was stopped after being caught red-handed "busy" taking photos of an earlier crash.
In a post on the Garda X account, a spokesperson said: "Mind your bizz, keep your eyes on the road and don't be distracted."
The driver was issued with three penalty points and a €120 fine.
We stopped this driver on the M50 this evening after he was busy photographing an earlier collision while driving.
