A body of a woman was discovered at a house in Co Tipperary yesterday evening.
Gardaí are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman at a residence in Newport, County Tipperary.
The woman (40s) was discovered deceased at a residence in Newport on Tuesday evening.
A post-mortem is expected to take place later today at University Hospital Limerick, and a garda spokesperson has said that the results of the post-mortem will determine the course of the investigation.
Investigations are still ongoing.
