Gardaí in Dublin discovered an unregistered taxi driver who was not registered to drive at all while undergoing an operation yesterday.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said: "Our Commercial Vehicle Unit were on an operation with our colleagues at the National Transport Authority yesterday checking the certifications of taxi drivers."
