Extra date added for The Wolfe Tones in Limerick next year

A SECOND date has been added for The Wolfe Tones at Thomond Park Stadium next year.

Due to unprecedented public demand, The Wolfe Tones will play an extra date in Limerick on Friday, July 11, 2025.

The band enjoyed a sell-out success for The Wolfe Tones' monumental Thomond Park Stadium final show on Sunday, july 13 and have added the extra date.

Tickets for the extra date go on sale this Friday, November 22 at 9am.

The Wolfe Tones reflected on this remarkable outpouring of love from fans across Ireland. They said: “We have been completely overwhelmed by the response to our Thomond Park Stadium show, which sold out in record time!

“We are truly humbled by the incredible demand to see The Wolfe Tones live, and it’s an honour to bring our music to such an iconic venue. Due to the incredible demand, we are delighted to announce a second date on July 11.

“We look forward to sharing another unforgettable night with our fans,” said Brian Warfield of The Wolfe Tones.

These two major outdoor concerts promise to make a unforgettable July weekend for fans in Limerick, while also providing a huge economic boost to the city.

With their legacy spanning over six extraordinary decades, The Wolfe Tones are said to be “overjoyed and genuinely moved” by the outpouring response.

Tickets €49.90 and €59.90 are subject to 12.5% Ticketmaster service charge per ticket (max €10.50). Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Standing is for over 14’s only.

To celebrate this announcement, ticket purchasers for their eagerly awaited sold-out date on Sunday, July 13, will be rewarded with access to a limited Priority Presale link for their friends and family for the Friday, July 11, ahead of the general on sale.

Should customers wish to rebook their ticket for the additional new date they can avail of Ticketmaster’s rebook and refund system before 5pm this Thursday, November 21, subject to availability.
