"We have to eradicate the errors and own it and move on. I find great comfort in the fact we have been in this situation before and we have gotten out with the result" says Munster Rugby head coach Graham Rowntree ahead of his sides clash against Hollywoodbet Sharks this Saturday in South Africa.
The Munster coaching ticket have had their hands full over the last two weeks with the province recording two disappointing results against Leinster and the DHL Stormers last weekend.
A win on Saturday is almost vital for Munster who currently sit in eleventh place in the URC table after four rounds of games.
Speaking at the Munster press conference this afternoon from Cape Town Rowntree went on to speak about the mood within the camp and changes that have been made since the defeat to Stormers.
"I have seen us pull our results when times are tough, you have to be positive and keep moving forward. I've been happy with how the lads have come back into training this week. The Stormers game was a taxing one for us on the back of a taxing week after the Leinster battle, but most importantly we have given them time to recovery not just physically but emotionally as well.
"As coaches we have identified the problems during our set piece plays, there is a lot of moving parts with line-outs and scrums but we are happy with the improvement there, we just need to go out and perform now this weekend."
This will be Munster's last game away in South Africa as they return to play in front of a sold-out crowd in Thomond Park against the All Blacks XV on November 2.
