Limerick swimmer in action at 2024 World Swimming Championships (25m) in Budapest

Limerick swimmer Eoin Corby

A LIMERICK swimmer is in action at the World Swimming Championships (SC) in Budapest, Hungary this Wednesday.

Eoin Corby, from Clarina, will contest the 100m Breaststroke Heats at the Duna Arena on Wednesday morning.

The former student at Salesian College, Pallaskenry is part of the National Centre Limerick programme and is coached by John Szaranek.

2024 Olympic Finalist Ellen Walshe is leading a 13-strong Ireland swimming team at the World Aquatics Championships which continue until Sunday.
