Treaty United's new Head of Commercial and Marketing Kehlan Kirwan

TREATY United FC has announced the appointment of Kehlan Kirwan as Head of Commercial and Marketing at the club as it enters the next phase of its development.

The club say it is excited to see Kehlans experience at the club move from one of volunteer to that of full-time employee of the club. This role will see him liaise with club members and season ticket holders, develop relationships with sponsors, generating merchandising outlets and fostering local and international revenue.

Speaking about his new role Kehlan Kirwan said: “I’m delighted to take on this exciting new role with Treaty United. My work on video content for the club over the past number of years has allowed me to be part of something special. In this new role as Head of Commercial and Marketing I see a special future again.

"This time it’s growing roots in the community, using football to work with underprivileged kids, making Markets Field a hub and developing our brand locally and internationally. To do that we need to engage the community, sponsors and corporate spaces to make it happen. We have an exciting journey ahead and we want all aspects of Limerick and the wider region to be lifted with us. That is a very exciting thing to be a part of.”

Treaty United CEO Ciara McCormack said: “Many people would have seen Kehlan’s work across our social platforms in recent years. While that was in a volunteer capacity, the club is delighted to bring that to the next level and have asked him to come on board. It serves as an example of development and learning within the club and the opportunities we have now and into the future.”
