THE fixture details have been confirmed for this week's second round of the Dr Harty Cup, Munster Post-Primary Schools senior U19 'A' hurling competition, which features four Limerick sides.

The first Limerick side into action is Scoil Na Trioniode Doon who face Rice College of Ennis on ULs 4G pitch tomorrow, Tuesday, October 24 at 12.30pm.

Scoil Na Trioniode will be anxious to claim victory as the East Limerick side suffered a 1-15 to 1-12 defeat to Christian Brothers College, Cork in their re-scheduled opening group fixture in Banteer last week.

Their opponents tomorrow, Rice College, Ennis also lost their opening Group 1 game, a 1-17 to 0-14 reverse at the hands of CBS Midleton.

Two more Limerick schools are in Dr Harty Cup round two action on Wednesday.

Castletroy College will now face CBS Carrick-on-Suir at ULs North Campus, in Group 5 with a 1.30pm throw-in.

Castletroy College lost their opening game against Limerick rivals John the Baptist Community School, Hospital, 1-10 to 2-14, so the Newtown school will be determined to claim victory on Wednesday against Carrick-on-Suir in what is their final group game as it is a three-team group.

John the Baptist have a bye-week in round two of the competition.

In the final game featuring a Limerick school this Wednesday, Ardscoil Ris take on Colaiste Choilm Ballincollig at Banteer's 4G pitch at 2pm.

Ardscoil opened their campaign with a 0-14 to 0-8 victory over St Flannan's College of Ennis in Sixmilebridge earlier this month.

Their opponents this Wednesday, Colaiste Choilm, played out a 1-13 each draw with De La Salle College Waterford.
