THE Limerick District Schoolboy League will face South Belfast in their Bowl final at the Kennedy Cup at 1pm today at the University of Limerick.

In Thursday evening's semi-final, Limerick District faced local rivals Limerick County in a tight affair which was settled in a penalty shoot-out.

District came out on top 4-2 on spot kicks to send them through to the final.

The two other Limerick sides are involved in placing games as well today to see where they will finish after the week-long U14 interleague schoolboy tournament.

Limerick County will face Cavan/Monaghan in the 11th/12th placing game at 12pm.

Meanwhile, Limerick Desmond will play against North Dublin (NDSL) in the 13th/14th place match also taking place at 12pm.
