Hyde Rangers club stalwart Michael Sheehan
HYDE Rangers FC stalwart, Michael ‘Bomber’ Sheehan suffered life-changing injuries following a fall at home in June 2025.
It has been a long road to recovery and although still hospitalised he is expected to return home in the coming months.
This will require significant modifications to his home to improve access and mobility and to support his ongoing recovery.
To help offset the costs associated with these essential works, Hyde Rangers have set up this GoFundMe page.

Michael Sheehan has been a proud member of Hyde for over 60 years, serving the club as a player, coach, and administrator. The Sheehan family has also had a lifelong involvement in both schoolboy and junior soccer throughout the city.
Hyde Rangers are hoping for a good response, no matter how small the contribution, to support this effort to ease the financial burden they now face.
