PREMIER Division champions Fairview Rangers continue on their quest to retain the title and the question is becoming, “who can stop them?”
Fairview picked up another three points on Sunday defeating Janesboro 2-0 to maintain their 100% record.
Janesboro put up a good battle and made the visitors work hard for their victory.
Fairview took the lead just after the half hour mark when Adam Dore was upended in the area. New signing from Treaty United, Yoyo Mahdy opened his account for the Blues, converting the spot kick.

Aaron O’Sullivan, in the home goal, pulled off a couple of fine saves to keep the deficit to one but matters changed when Fairview were reduced to ten men.
It was backs to the wall after this and a number of crucial last gasp tackles kept Bhoro at bay.
Fairview made the points safe sure of the points two minutes from time when a long kick out by Josh McCarthy was expertly taken down and volleyed home by Dara Rainsford.

BALLYNANTY Rovers moved into second spot in the Premier Division following a 5-1 win away to Corbally United.
In a dramatic opening, Leon Kirrane picked out Conor Keane to open the scoring for the visitors on two minutes but Corbally were level within a minute when Michael White converted from a spot kick.
Two goals in a four minute period after the restart from Cian Lynch and Shane Walsh put Balla in control.
Balla strengthened their team with substitutions, two of whom Vinny Ryan and Eddie Byrnes were on the mark to complete the scoring.

PIKE Rovers dropped further ground on the leaders when they conceded a last-minute equaliser at home to Mungret.
Scoreless at the break, Pike took the lead just before the hour mark when Adam Lipper scored.
Balla wasted a number of chances last weekend in a scoreless draw with Balla last weekend and they were again finding their finishing lacking.
They paid the price in the final minute when Danny McCarthy teed up Hamza Selman Celik to score to the delight of the Mungret sideline.

Athlunkard Villa 3 Nenagh AFC 3
WHILE it is a bit early to describe a game as a six pointer, the clash of Athlunkard Villa and Nenagh was more a case of avoiding defeat.
Pa Steed gave Nenagh the lead but Famara Kassama levelled to send the sides in all square at the break.
Omar Darboe put Villa ahead after the restart and when Sean Markham scored it looked like Villa would prevail.
However, that fear of losing kicked in and Nenagh pulled one back when Steed scored his second on 65 minutes.
Ten minutes from time Kieran Barr’s free kick into the danger zone found the net to ensure a share of the spoils.

AISLING Annacotty picked up their second win of the season posting a 4-1 result at Garryowen on Sunday morning.
Adam Foley put the visitors ahead after 17 minutes but three minutes later Ousman Darboe levelled the tie.
Aisling regained the lead on the hour mark through Oscar Omorodion and Conor Coughlan’s goal seven minutes from time gave the visitors breathing space.
Joel Coustrain then struck a fourth late on, giving the scoreline a more comfortable look than the game itself suggested

IT'S A four way tie at the top of the Limerick District League Premier A League table following the weekend’s results.
Kilmallock and Regional are moving up with Newport (who were not in action) and Carew Park standing still.
Kilmallock won their local derby at Charleville on Saturday evening. Kyle Tierney, Barry Sheedy and an own goal did the damage.
Also on Saturday, Regional Utd B beat Prospect Priory 4-1. A hat trick by Gerry Fitzpatrick was the feature of the game.
On Sunday Carew Park went down 6-4 at Moyross.
Zak Sheehan (2), Pat Whelan and Pat Aherne were on the mark for the visitors but goals from Frank Hogan (2), Adrian Power (2) Leon Hoare-Fitzgerald and Jay Ryan gave Moyross the points.
Tommy Glynn, Sean Meagher and Nick O'Connell scored for Caherdavin Celtic in a 3-1 win over Southend for whom Nic Izuchukwu replied.
Evan O'Grady scored for Summerville Rvs but they fell 4-1 at home to Aisling B. Stanley Ezekannagha, Paul Canny, K Amadsun and S Sibanda accounted for the winning goals.
The top-of-the-table clash in Division 1A between Shelbourne and Herbertstown in Shelbourne Park went the way of the visitors after a close game.
The only goal of the game arrived just before the end when Darragh Carroll’s inswinging corner kick somehow found the net.
As a result, Granville Rgs’ 2-1 win at home to Cappamore puts them joint top with ‘Town.
Craig Downes scored twice for the winners. Jake Slattery replied for Cappamore.
Aisling Annacotty D proved too strong for Ballylanders running in scores through Evan O'Neill (3), James Lane, Tom Canty, Jack Considine and Jamie Collins.
Anthony McMahon, Mike Ryan and David Ryan were on the mark for Pallas Utd but they fell 4-3 to Holycross who had scorers in Alex Burchill (2), Sean Hayes and Eoin Burchill.

Ballynanty Rvs B join Nenagh at the top of the table ion Division 1B following a 3-1 win over Croom Utd. Aaron Nunan scored twice for Balla with Dermot Fitzgerald also netting. Martin O'Reilly replied for Croom.
Nenagh could only force a scoreless draw with Kilmallock B.
Pike Rvs B are a point behind the leading two with games in hand.
They beat Lisnagry A 7-0. Logan O'Byrne’s four goal haul brings his tally to an incredible 12 from four games. David Corbett and two from Jamie Hannon made up the winners scorers.
Glenview Rvs were much too good for a struggling Kilfrush side. Conor McNamara, Frank Lang, James Flanagan, Sean Keane and Cian Cusack shared the goals.
Jordan Higgins (2), Lee Carey and Jordan Higgins scored for Patrickswell in a 4-1 win over Mungret Reg for whom Greg O'Dwyer obliged.
Division 2A leaders Brazuca played out a 3-3 draw with fellow challengers Hyde Rgs B.
Evan Shine, Dylan Bourke and Jack Nash scored for Hyde; Rafael Henrique, Victor Gontijo and an own goal accounted for Brazuca scores.
Lough Derg stay in second place following a 3-1 win over Aisling Annacotty C.
Jack Grace, Sean Fahy and David Cassidy obliged for the winners; Kyle O'Donovan netted for Aisling.
Goals from Cody Kok, Sam Scott and Zach Ryan saw Cappamore B lead 3-0 at half time at home to Abbey Rvs.
However, the visitors produced an amazing comeback when four goals from Leonard Casey Plunkett saw the win the game.
Goals from Kieran McCarthy (2), Nick Hayes, Aaron Carroll and Joe Fogarty helped Herbertstown past Meanus while Newtown Rovers beat Coonagh Utd B 2-0 thanks to goals from Christian Frasnelli and Mike Donnellan.
Moyross B beat Castle Rvs 4-0. John Mitchell scored twice with Korey Browne and Tyrone Fitzgerald also on target.
Division 3A leaders Summerville beat Prospect Priory B 4-0 with scores from Sean Keane, Zenidine Ousmane, Jon Chinuga and Glen Leamy while Dromore Celtic and Caherdavin Celtic B ended 1-1. Mark Ryan netted for the latter.
In Division 3A, Athlunkard Villa B won 5-2 at Northside. Kian Ryan and Jeffery O'Donnell were on the mark for the home side.
A Vera Sanabria hat trick and one apiece from Christian Kerley and Cathal Callinan secured the Villa win.
Brandon Kelly, Dara Flanagan and B Thompson were on the mark for Parkville B but a Mark Wallace hat trick and one from Kasper Kucz gave a 4-3 win.
In the Munster Under 17 Cup Murroe A beat Regional Utd 4-3.
Cian Connolly scored four times for the winners. Daithi Mullins, Sean Crowley and Darragh Mulvihill replied.
Evan Lonergan and John Hayes Hughes were on the mark for Kilfrush but they fell 3-2 to Caherconlish with Mike Koyce bagging all three.
In the Limerick District League Under 17 Premier League, Caherdavin Celtic posted a big win over Fairview Rgs.
Dean Graham (4), K Lelito (2), B Barrett, A McCarthy, E Mullane accounted for the winning scores. Jack Caulfield, Dylan Mason and Jack Caulfield were on target for the Blues.
Jed Robinson scored for Shels but Holycross ran in scores from Ali Zaidi 3, D Barry, L Kinkead, K Reale and C Noonan to take the points.
