DOON and Na Piarsaigh meet in the Limerick U20 Premier Hurling Championship semi-final this evening. The action gets underway at 8pm in Mick Neville Park.

Na Piarsaigh recorded victories over Bruff and Kildimo-Pallaskenry and suffered a defeat to Mungret St Paul's in group two of the Limerick U20 Hurling Championship. Doon had victories over Murroe-Boher and Ahane and were defeated by Monaleen during the group stages.

The East Limerick side can call on Doon senior hurlers Donal Coughlan and Aidan O’Connell, who form a strong spine of their team. Earlier this year, Doon won the premier minor hurling title, and Eamon Richardson and Diarmuid Crowe, who were part of that team, will also line out for their club this evening.

Limerick U20 hurler James Finn is part of the Na Piarsaigh team, while they also have Ardscoil Rís Harty Cup players Eoin Brosnan, David O’Keefe, and Alex Kearns in their ranks.

The winners will face Mungret St Paul's or Monaleen in the Limerick U20 Hurling Championship final on Sunday afternoon. Mungret St Paul's face Monaleen in the other U20 Hurling Championship semi-final on Tuesday evening at 8pm in the TUS Gaelic Grounds.
