All you need to know about three Limerick schools competing in this year's Dr Harty Cup

THREE Limerick schools begin their Dr Harty Cup campaigns on Wednesday afternoon. Ardscoil Rís,  Scoil Na Tríonóide Naofa and John the Baptist Community School all compete in the Munster post-primary schools senior ‘A’ hurling competition. 

Ardscoil Rís get their Dr Harty Cup campaign underway against Cashel Community School on Wednesday at 1:30pm in Cappamore. The city-based school have been drawn in group one alongside Neenagh CBS, St Flannan's College, Ennis and  Cashel Community School. 

John The Baptist Community School face reigning Dr Harty Cup champions Thurles CBS on Wednesday at 1:30pm in Dundrum in county Tipperary. Scoil na Tríonóide Naofa, Doon take on Blackwater Community School, Lismore at Ballybacon–Grange GAA Club in county Tipperary at the same time.

Scoil Na Tríonóide Naofa and John the Baptist Community School have been drawn in the same group for the second year running in the Dr Harty Cup. The Limerick sides will face Thurles CBS and Blackwater Community School, Lismore in group three.

The round two group games in the 2025 Dr Harty Cup competition are scheduled to take place on Wedensday November 5.
