SOUTH Liberties GAA Club held their 11th Legends Golf Classic at Ballyneety Golf Club, host venue for the 2027 Junior Ryder Cup.
A host of sporting greats from all over Ireland, as well as well-known names from the world of entertainment were among those to showcase their golfing talents at the highly successful event.

RTEs Marty Morrissey was later compere for the evening, interviewing a star-studded panel of guests, including Cork's Tomás Mulcahy, Pete Finnerty, of Galway, Terence 'Sambo' McNaughton, of Antrim, as well as Tipperary's Johnny Looby.
South Liberties presented Marty Morrissey with a copy of their recent publication 'Green and Gold Ribbons', commemorating the club's last four Limerick Senior County final wins of 1972, 1976, 1978 and 1982.
Nicky Byrne, from Westlife, was among the star names from the world of entertainment to take part in the Golf Classic. Proceeds from the classic go towards the ongoing developments at Dooley Park.
