Limerick were defeated by Wexford 1-19 to 1-12 in round seven of the Allianz Hurling League on Saturday evening in the TUS Gaelic Grounds.
The Shannonsiders Allianz Hurling League has now came to an end. Limerick finished in fifth place on five points.
Limerick will be in action on Sunday April 20 against Tipperary at Semple Stadium in the opening round of the Munster Senior Hurling Championship.
