Kildimo-Pallaskenry target Munster Junior ‘B’ title

KILDIMO-Pallaskenry are one step away from winning this year's Munster Club Junior ‘B’ Hurling title. Brendan O'Shea's side have advanced into this year's Munster Junior ‘B’ decider against Cappawhite, of Tipperary, on Saturday at 12pm in the Killeedy GAA Grounds.

Kildimo-Pallaskenry played out a titantic tussle with Tulla of Clare in the Munster Club Junior ‘B’ semi-final last Saturday.
The Limerick champions defeated their Clare opponents 1-12 to 1-11.

“We built up a winning lead with the wind at our backs and then held our distance for most of the second half. We were relieved to hold out in the end,” Kildimo-Pallaskenry manager Brendan O'Shea told Leader Sport.

Kildimo-Pallaskkenry sharpshooter Aaron O'Donovan continued his impressive scoring form racking up six points.
Cathal Downes lined out in attack for Kildimo-Pallaskenry at the weekend. Downes was previously part of the Limerick senior football panel up until this year.

Limerick senior football physio Paddy Julian is part of the Cappawhite team that face Kildimo-Pallaskenry in the Munster final.

Meanwhile, Askamore and Three Castles face off in the Leinster Junior ‘B’ club final. The winner of the Munster final will take on the losers of the Leinster final, while the Leinster champions face the losers of the Munster final in the All-Ireland semi-finals.
