EMERGENCY units are currently at the scene of a river rescue in the city this Friday morning.
The alert came in that a woman, age unknown, had entered the water near Steamboat Quay at approximately 11.15am.
Three fire units are in attendance, as well as ambulance units and members of the Irish Coastguard.
