THE FIRST of REA O’Connor Murphy’s Summer Auctions took place in The Limerick Strand Hotel, on Wednesday last 22nd May.
There were almost 40 lots under the hammer with nearly 78% success rate, with some properties selling in access of the AMV.
Some unsold lots are currently under negotiation and we expect to have these sold over the coming days.
There was a huge crowd in attendance from across the country and we had a lot of telephone and proxy bidders.
Our next auction takes place on 11th July in The Limerick Strand Hotel and details will be available over the coming weeks through our website www.reaocm.ie.
