The land property market is really hotting up in County Limerick.
The latest auction takes place on Thursday, April 11 at 3pm in the Woodlands House Hotel.
Going under the gavel will be a “truly outstanding holding” extending to 29 acres at Ballyneale, Ballingarry.
Auctioneer, Tom Crosse, of GVM, said it is a “magnificent parcel of south facing land laid out in four divisions”.
He is guiding at €10,000 an acre. “It is top class land ideally suited for beef, dairy or equestrian use,” said Mr Crosse.
