SKY Sports presenter Rachel Wyse danced the night away in the 5-star Adare Manor in Limerick after her wedding to showjumper Tim Gredley.
The stunning bride, who hails from Dublin, married the millionaire showjumper at the County Limerick resort on Saturday surrounded by family and friends, including her colleagues from Sky Sports.
The day was a double celebration as it was also the groom’s birthday.
The happy couple posed for photographs against the backdrop of the huge crystal chandelier and sweeping staircase leading to the hotel’s Grand Ballroom before joining guests for dinner.
Applause rang out as the newlyweds made their way to the top table. The spectacular ballroom, which can host 350 guests, was decorated with towering green foliage and flowers for the celebration.
Rachel, 33, wowed in her elegant traditional-style lace wedding gown with capped sleeves and a short train.
The happy couple chose Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling In love With You for their first dance. Rachel later did a quick change into another evening gown to join her friends on the dancefloor for the more uptempo tracks including Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.
The lavish wedding came less than a year after Tim popped the question.
Sky Sports News anchor Rachel who presents live GAA coverage throughout the summer months announced the engagement last February on Instagram, with a simple caption ‘the easiest yes’.
Tim and Rachel have been together for over two years now.
They first met years ago in show jumping circles but it was only when they met again in recent years that they began a relationship. Rachel said the pair "just click".
Growing up in Blackrock in Dublin, Rachel was mad about horses - her father was a judge in the Dublin Horse Show. She went to St Andrew's College and competed internationally at show jumping.
She previously said: “I met Tim 13 years ago at a horse show in Cavan. I was jumping and he had horses. But then nothing happened and all these years later, we met again.”
A relaxed Rachel was pictured by friends on Instagram enjoying a leisurely walk in the manicured grounds of Adare Manor in her horsey gear of hunting boots and wax jacket just hours ahead of her big day.
The wedding party also enjoyed a fun-filled evening in the Manor the night before the big day.
Wedding guests included Rachel’s Sky Sports GAA colleague, former Dublin footballer Senan Connell and her former Sky Sports colleague Natalie Sawyer.
Even the couple’s pet pooch joined in the bridal party and even has his own 5-star doggie bed in a sumptuous suite in the famed hotel.
Adare Manor has been the venue of choice for several high profile weddings in the past, including US skateboarding legend Tony Hawk's big day back in 2015.
Irish soccer legend Robbie Brady and his fiancé Kerrie Harris also tied the knot at the stunning venue last June.
