Family home targeted in early morning attack in Limerick city

Three windows and a door were broken during the incident

GARDAI have launched an investigation into criminal damage at a family home in an early morning attack in Limerick city over the weekend. 

Three windows and a door were broken during the incident on Island Road, at 1.18am on Sunday. 

There are no reported injuries following the incident. 

In a statement to the Limerick Leader, a spokesperson for An Garda Siochana said:

“Gardai at Mayorstone Park, Limerick are investigating an incident of criminal damage to a house at Island Road, Limerick City at approximately 1.18am this morning, Sunday December 2, 2018. Three windows were broken, no arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.”
