A WILLOW fire has been burning on the northern edge of the Limerick city.
Limerick Fire and Rescue services have been alerted to the blaze, which is in a field just before the tunnel, on the inbound side towards the city.
There are no reports of any injuries, with the fire in a field where members of the public would not be expected to normally venture.
