The University of Limerick will appear before the Public Accounts Committee
THE FINANCIAL statements of University of Limerick (UL) will be examined tomorrow morning (Thursday, May 9) by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
This comes in the wake of the €8 million purchase of the old Dunnes building in the city, as well as the purchase of the Rhebogue student village for €11.4 million.
The committee will also be examining the plans for a new student centre - expected to be finished this year at a cost of €30 million - this is a 50% increase on what was approved for it in the 2019 budget.
