THE Explore Engineering Showcase, now in its 9th year, attracted over 2000 attendees to the Departure Hall of Shannon Airport.

The Mid-West region is the home of manufacturing in Ireland and hosts many world class engineering companies.

This annual interactive event showcases the leading-edge technology of over 60 engineering companies in the region.

Students, teachers, parents, career changers and engineering enthusiasts all engaged with new technologies, robotic welding, autonomous vehicles, environmental experiments, AI experiments, live demonstrations and information on the various career paths into engineering.
