Limerick gardaí on the trail to reunite 'good boy' labrador with owner

The dog is currently being kept at Henry Street garda station

GARDAÍ in Limerick are seeking help to locate a missing pooch's rightful home.

A black labrador was found in Corbally at approximately 8:45pm this Sunday, October 8. The dog, in good condition, is believed to be missing from its owner and the authorities are now seeking to reunite the owner with their furry friend.

Found wandering alone, the "good boy" was brought to the Henry Street garda station for safekeeping.

The dog is chipped, however, the information on the chip has not been updated with the current owner's details, making it challenging for authorities to identify and contact the owner directly.

To ensure a joyful reunion, proof of ownership will be required.

Gardaí at Henry Street garda station are urging anyone who believes they are the owner of the labrador to contact them at 061-212400 as soon as possible.
