Poet Sheila Fitzpatrick O'Donnell will be reading at the event
ONE MUSEUM in Limerick is set to come alive with the enchanting power of poetry this July.
In collaboration with the Limerick Writers' Centre, The Poetry Circle will present an evening of poetic expressions on July 27.
Featuring renowned poets Richard W Halperin, Sheila Fitzpatrick O'Donnell and Breda Spaight, the event will take place at the People's Museum of Limerick at 2, Pery Square.
The highlight of the evening will be captivating readings by the three distinguished poets, whose unique voices have garnered international acclaim.
Hailing from Limerick, Sheila Fitzpatrick O'Donnell carries the rich legacy of her poetic lineage. Inspired by her mother, fondly known as Polly the Poet, Sheila has crafted a captivating body of work that has been featured in anthologies both in Ireland and abroad.
Irish-American poet Richard W Halperin, has gained recognition for his evocative verses. The writer is getting ready to release his new anthology, Selected & New Poems for Autumn 2023.
Joining them is Breda Spaight, a talented poet from Co Limerick, whose lyrical verses have captured the attention of literary enthusiasts.
